The following procedure describes the general warranty conditions applicable to Exactive luggage items, as well as the warranty implementation procedures.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Exacompta guarantees its Exactive luggage items against possible material or manufacturing problems.
Products covered by this warranty include suitcases, backpacks on wheels, backpacks and computer bags, or any other luggage item that has a warranty label affixed to it.
The warranty period is 2 years, with the exception of leather luggage products, which have a 12 month warranty period.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, excluding damage due to:
- misuse of the luggage (in particular for the transport of unsuitable objects or for the use of the luggage as a chair) or the negligence of the user,
- an accident, fall, impact or damage during transport (by airlines for example),
- to exposure to extreme temperatures,
- exposure to solvents, acids, water or any other liquid,
- to a modification or repair carried out by the user,
- normal wear and tear of the product or friction wear (especially in the case of wheel wear or scuffs/scratches on leather luggage products).
The warranty period runs from the date of purchase, only for the first buyer or recipient of the product, and upon presentation of full and original proof of purchase.
The warranty is limited to the purchase value of the baggage. Ancillary damages and damages attributable to third parties are not covered.
TERMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WARRANTY
It is imperative to make a claim to Exacompta before making any return.
Please do not send your product to Exacompta without being invited by our after-sales service.
Any request must be accompanied by proof of purchase with the date of purchase and product reference, as well as photos to identify the nature of the problem. In the absence of any of these elements, Exacompta reserves the right to refuse the claim.
We recommend that you first contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase.
How to make a claim?

Log in to Exaclairshop with your usual login and report a problem.
If you do not have an Exaclairshop account, you can also send your request by e-mail to: email@example.com and attach a photo or scan of the receipt or invoice of the consumer, as well as a photo of the luggage and the faulty part.
If the warranty applies, you will then be informed of the procedure to follow to return the product to us, and benefit from the warranty coverage.
